مسابقة وطنية سنوية في تهجئة اللغة العربية وقراءتها الصحيحة، تستهدف طلبة الصفوف من الثالث إلى التاسع في جميع مدارس الدولة، عبر ثلاث جولات تبدأ بتصفيات داخل المدرسة وتنتهي بنهائي وطني كبير يجمع أبطال الإمارات السبع. تحتفي المسابقة بجمال العربية وتغرس الثقة اللغوية في نفوس الطلبة من الناطقين بها وغير الناطقين على حدٍّ سواء.An annual national competition in Arabic spelling and correct reading for students in Grades 3–9 across all UAE schools. It runs in three rounds, starting with school-level qualifiers and culminating in a grand national final that brings together the champions of all seven emirates. The competition celebrates the beauty of Arabic and builds linguistic confidence in native and non-native speakers alike.

دائرة رأس الخيمة للمعرفة (RAK DOK)، الجهة الحكومية المشرفة على جودة التعليم في إمارة رأس الخيمة، وهي صاحبة النسخة الأصلية للمسابقة التي انطلقت محليًا ثم توسّعت لتشمل مدارس الدولة كافة.The Ras Al Khaimah Department of Knowledge (RAK DOK), the government body overseeing education quality in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, and the creator of the original competition that began locally before expanding to schools across the nation.

تحوّل المسابقة من مسابقةٍ محلية في رأس الخيمة إلى مسابقة وطنية تشمل الإمارات السبع، مع مسارين مستقلين (العربية A والعربية B)، ومنصة إلكترونية رسمية للجولة الثانية تتيح لكل مدرسة تسجيل طلبتها مرئيًا من مقرها، ونهائي وطني يُقام في رأس الخيمة.The competition has grown from a local Ras Al Khaimah event into a national competition covering all seven emirates, with two independent streams (Arabic A and Arabic B), an official online platform for Round 2 that lets every school record its students on video from its own premises, and a national final held in Ras Al Khaimah.
5 هل المشاركة مجانية؟Is participation free? ▾
نعم، المشاركة مجانية بالكامل لجميع المدارس والطلبة، ولا تُوجد أي رسوم تسجيل أو اشتراك في أي جولة من جولات المسابقة.Yes — participation is entirely free for all schools and students, with no registration or entry fees in any round.
6 ما الفرق بين هذه المسابقة ومسابقات التهجئة الأخرى؟How is this competition different from other spelling bees? ▾
هي مسابقة مبنية على معايير المنهاج الوزاري الإماراتي للغة العربية بمساريها A وB، فتراعي المستوى الفعلي لكل فئة؛ وتعتمد هيكلًا وطنيًا ثلاثي الجولات يضمن تكافؤ الفرص بين جميع الإمارات؛ ويشرف عليها ويحكّمها مختصون مستقلون؛ وتجمع بين التهجئة (الإملاء) والقراءة الجهرية بوصفهما مهارتين متلازمتين، نظرًا لخصوصية طبيعة اللغة العربية وجمالها.It is built on the UAE ministry curriculum standards for Arabic in both its A and B streams, so every student competes at their true level; it follows a national three-round structure ensuring equal opportunity across all emirates; it is supervised and judged by independent specialists; and it combines spelling (dictation) with oral reading as inseparable skills — reflecting the distinctive nature and beauty of the Arabic language.
٢ — الأهلية والمسارات2 — Eligibility and Streams
7 ما الصفوف الدراسية المستهدفة؟Which grades can participate? ▾
الصفوف من الثالث إلى التاسع (سبعة صفوف دراسية)، ويشارك كل طالب ضمن صفّه الدراسي المسجَّل به رسميًا في العام الأكاديمي الحالي.Grades 3 to 9 (seven grade levels). Each student competes in the grade in which they are officially enrolled for the current academic year.
8 هل المسابقة مفتوحة لجميع الإمارات؟Is the competition open to all emirates? ▾
نعم، المسابقة مفتوحة لمدارس الإمارات السبع كافة، حكوميةً كانت أم خاصة.Yes — it is open to schools across all seven emirates, both public and private.
9 ما الفرق بين مسار العربية A ومسار العربية B؟What is the difference between Arabic A and Arabic B? ▾
العربية A للطلبة الناطقين بالعربية الذين يدرسون منهاج العربية لغةً أولى، والعربية B للطلبة غير الناطقين بها الذين يدرسونها لغةً ثانية. ولكل مسار نصوصه ومعايير تقييمه المستقلة وفق المنهاج الوزاري، ويتنافس طلبة كل مسار فيما بينهم فقط، بما يضمن عدالة المقارنة.Arabic A is for native Arabic speakers studying Arabic as a first language; Arabic B is for non-native speakers studying it as a second language. Each stream has its own texts and its own independent assessment criteria under the ministry curriculum, and students compete only within their own stream — ensuring a fair comparison.
10 من يحدد مسار الطالب؟Who determines a student's stream? ▾
تحدده المدرسة وفق تصنيف الطالب الرسمي في منهاج اللغة العربية (A أو B) لدى الجهة التعليمية المشرفة عليها، ولا يجوز نقل طالب بين المسارين لأغراض تنافسية.The school, according to the student's official Arabic curriculum classification (A or B) with its supervising education authority. Students may not be moved between streams for competitive advantage.
11 هل يشارك طلاب أصحاب الهمم؟Can students of determination participate? ▾
نرحّب بمشاركة الطلبة من أصحاب الهمم ضمن مساراتهم وصفوفهم.Students of determination are warmly welcome to participate within their streams and grades.
12 هل يمكن للطالب المشاركة في أكثر من مسار أو صف؟Can a student enter more than one stream or grade? ▾
لا؛ يشارك الطالب مرة واحدة فقط في كل نسخة من المسابقة، ضمن صفّه الدراسي الرسمي ومساره اللغوي المعتمد.No — each student participates once per edition, in their official grade and approved language stream.
٣ — التسجيل3 — Registration
13 كيف تسجل المدرسة في المسابقة؟How does a school register? ▾
تسجّل المدرسة اهتمامها رسميًا عبر نموذج تسجيل المدارس في المنصة — خطوة أساسية يُدخلها منسق اللغة العربية مرة واحدة (بيانات المدرسة كما في الرخصة، وبيانات المنسق والمدير، والصفوف والمسارات المشاركة وعدد الطلاب)، ويصل بعدها رقم مرجعي فوري. ثم تنظّم المدرسة تصفياتها الداخلية (الجولة الأولى)، وتُدخل عبر المنصة أسماء الفائزين بالمركز الأول فقط من كل صفٍّ ومسار في يوم التسجيل المعلن — مع التزامها داخليًا بتكريم أصحاب المراكز الثلاثة الأولى في كل صف دراسي.The school formally registers its participation through the school-registration form on the platform — a required step the Arabic coordinator completes once (school details as on the license, coordinator and principal details, participating grades and streams, and student count), receiving an instant reference number. The school then runs its internal qualifiers (Round 1) and enters only the first-place winner of each grade and stream on the platform on the announced recording day — while honouring the top three students internally in every grade.
14 من المسؤول عن التسجيل داخل المدرسة؟Who is responsible for registration within the school? ▾
منسق اللغة العربية هو المسؤول عن إدخال بيانات الطلبة الفائزين والإشراف على تسجيلاتهم المرئية، وهو حلقة الوصل الرسمية بين المدرسة واللجنة المنظمة.The Arabic language coordinator, who enters the winning students' details, supervises their video recordings, and serves as the official liaison between the school and the organising committee.
15 ما البيانات المطلوبة عند إدخال الطلبة؟What information is required when entering students? ▾
عند تسجيل المدرسة (مرة واحدة): اسمها بالعربية والإنجليزية كما في الرخصة المدرسية، والإمارة ونوعها، وبيانات المنسق والمدير/ة، وعدد الطلاب والصفوف والمسارات المشاركة. وفي يوم التسجيل يكتفي المنسق باختيار مدرسته من قائمة المدارس المسجلة، ثم يُدخل لكل بطل: اسمه الكامل بالعربية والإنجليزية كما سيُطبع في الشهادات، وصفّه ومساره ونوعه، مع إقرارَي موافقة ولي الأمر والتسجيل المباشر.At school registration (once): the school name in Arabic and English exactly as on the school license, the emirate and type, the coordinator's and principal's details, and the expected student count, grades, and streams. On recording day, the coordinator simply selects the school from the registered-schools list, then enters for each champion: their full name in Arabic and English as it will print on certificates, grade, stream, and gender — with the two declarations (parental consent and live supervised recording).
16 هل يمكن تعديل بيانات التسجيل بعد إرسالها؟Can registration details be edited after submission? ▾
بيانات الطلبة لا تُعدَّل بعد الإرسال، وتُطبع الشهادات والنتائج وفقها حرفيًا — لذلك تعرض المنصة شاشة مراجعة إلزامية قبل الإرسال، يرجى التدقيق فيها بعناية. أما بيانات المدرسة المسجلة فيمكن طلب تصحيحها بالتواصل مع اللجنة المنظمة قبل يوم التسجيل.Student details cannot be edited after submission, and certificates and results print from them verbatim — the platform therefore shows a mandatory review screen before submission; please check it carefully. Registered school details, however, can be corrected by contacting the organising committee before recording day.
17 لم تصلنا رسالة تأكيد — ماذا نفعل؟We did not receive a confirmation message — what should we do? ▾
ينتهي تسجيل المدرسة بشاشة نجاح فورية تعرض رقمًا مرجعيًا (مثل R0012) ورمز دخول المدرسة إلى بوابة المدارس، وتُرسل نسخة من الرمز إلى بريد المنسق المسجل. احتفظوا بالرمز فهو مفتاح تسليم أسماء الفائزين وتسجيل الجولة الثانية؛ وإن لم يصلكم البريد تحققوا من مجلد الرسائل غير المرغوبة أو تواصلوا مع اللجنة المنظمة. كذلك ينتهي كل تسجيل مرئي بشاشة تأكيد فورية تُعد الإشعار الرسمي بالاستلام.School registration ends with an instant success screen showing a reference number (e.g. R0012) and the school access code for the School Portal; a copy of the code is emailed to the registered coordinator. Keep the code — it is the key to submitting Round 1 winners and recording Round 2. If the email does not arrive, check the spam folder or contact the organising committee. Every video recording likewise ends with an instant confirmation screen, which is the official acknowledgement of receipt.
18 مدرستنا لم تسجل بعد — هل يمكن لطلابها المشاركة في التسجيل المرئي؟Our school hasn't registered — can its students take part in the video recording? ▾
لا — تسجيل المدرسة شرط مسبق إلزامي؛ فتسليم أسماء الفائزين وتسجيل الجولة الثانية لا يتمّان إلا من داخل بوابة المدارس التي لا يدخلها سوى المنسق برمز دخول مدرسته المسجلة. وما دام باب التسجيل مفتوحًا فالأمر لا يستغرق سوى دقائق: سجّلوا مدرستكم أولًا ثم تابعوا.No — school registration is a mandatory prerequisite: submitting winners and recording Round 2 happen only inside the School Portal, which the coordinator opens with the registered school's access code. As long as registration is open it takes only minutes — register your school first, then continue.
٤ — التصفيات المدرسية (الجولة الأولى)4 — School Qualifiers (Round 1)
19 ما المقصود بالجولة الأولى داخل المدرسة؟What is Round 1 at school level? ▾
هي تصفيات تنظّمها كل مدرسة داخليًا خلال شهر أكتوبر 2026 لاختيار بطلها في كل صفٍّ (من الثالث إلى التاسع) وفي كل مسار (A وB). تُقيَّم فيها مهارات التهجئة والقراءة وفق قوائم الكلمات والمواد الإرشادية التي توفرها اللجنة المنظمة، ويتأهل صاحب المركز الأول في كل فئة لتمثيل مدرسته في الجولة الثانية.Internal qualifiers organised by each school during October 2026 to select its champion in every grade (3–9) and each stream (A and B). Spelling and reading skills are assessed using the word lists and guidance materials provided by the organising committee, and the first-place student in each category qualifies to represent the school in Round 2.
20 هل يجب على كل مدرسة تنظيم تصفيات داخلية؟Must every school hold internal qualifiers? ▾
نعم؛ الجولة الأولى شرط أساسي للمشاركة، فهي التي تفرز ممثلي المدرسة الشرعيين وتمنح أكبر عدد من الطلبة فرصة خوض التجربة.Yes — Round 1 is a mandatory condition of participation. It legitimately determines the school's representatives and gives the largest possible number of students the chance to take part.
21 كيف تختار المدرسة طلابها المتأهلين؟How does a school select its qualifiers? ▾
تعقد المدرسة مسابقتها الداخلية لكل صفٍّ ومسار باستخدام المواد الإرشادية الرسمية، وتحدد المراكز الثلاثة الأولى في كل فئة. يتأهل الأول فقط للجولة الثانية، وتكرّم المدرسة الثلاثة جميعًا بشهادات وتقدير داخلي يليق بإنجازهم.The school holds its internal competition for each grade and stream using the official guidance materials and determines the top three places in each category. Only the first-place student advances to Round 2, while the school honours all three with certificates and fitting internal recognition.
22 هل ستوفر اللجنة المنظمة مواد إرشادية للجولة المدرسية؟Will the organising committee provide guidance materials for the school round? ▾
نعم، على مستويين. على الموقع الإلكتروني (صفحة الموارد) تُنشر الموارد العامة: الأدلة الإرشادية، ونموذج موافقة ولي الأمر، ودليل التسجيل المرئي، وإرشادات التحضير العامة. أما قوائم كلمات الجولة الأولى ومواد التصفيات المدرسية فتُرسل فقط إلى المدارس المسجلة عبر القنوات الرسمية، ولا تُنشر للعامة على الموقع الإلكتروني. وتستخدمها المدارس في تنظيم التصفيات المدرسية الداخلية وفق الإرشادات المعتمدة.Yes, at two levels. The website (Resources page) publishes the public resources: the general guides, the parental consent form, the video-recording guide and general preparation guidance. Round 1 word lists and school-round materials are shared only with registered schools through official channels. They are not published publicly on the website. Schools may use them to organise their internal school-level qualifiers in line with the official guidance.
23 هل يجب على المدرسة الاحتفاظ بنتائج أو أدلة الجولة المدرسية؟Must the school keep records or evidence of the school round? ▾
نعم، حتى نهاية العام الدراسي؛ فقد تطلبها اللجنة للتحقق، كما أنها تُعد دليلًا موثقًا على نشاط المدرسة اللغوي يفيدها في التقييم المدرسي (زيارات الرقابة).Yes, until the end of the academic year. The committee may request them for verification, and they also serve as documented evidence of the school's language activities — useful during school evaluation (inspection visits).
٥ — تسليم فائزي الجولة الأولى والدخول إلى الجولة الثانية5 — Submitting Round 1 Winners and Round 2 Access
24 كيف تسلّم المدرسة أسماء فائزي الجولة الأولى؟How does a school submit its Round 1 winners? ▾
بعد إتمام الجولة الأولى داخل المدرسة، يدخل المنسق إلى بوابة المدارس باسم المدرسة ورمز الدخول الذي وصله بالبريد عند التسجيل، ويفتح «تسليم أسماء الفائزين في الجولة الأولى»، ويُدخل في كل صف ومسار شاركت فيه المدرسة أسماء الفائزين بالمراكز الأول والثاني والثالث (بالعربية والإنجليزية كما في الهوية الإماراتية، مع النوع وتأكيد موافقة ولي الأمر). يمكن الحفظ كمسودة والعودة لاحقًا، ولا تُرسل الأسماء إلى اللجنة إلا بعد شاشة المراجعة النهائية والإقرار، وقبل الموعد المحدد.After completing Round 1 in school, the coordinator signs in to the School Portal with the school name and the access code emailed at registration, opens "Submit Round 1 Winners", and enters — for every grade and stream the school ran — the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners (Arabic and English names exactly as on the Emirates ID, gender, and parental consent confirmation). Drafts can be saved and completed later; names reach the committee only after the final review screen and declaration, and before the deadline.
25 لماذا يجب تسليم أسماء المراكز الثلاثة الأولى في كل فئة؟Why must schools submit the top three winners in each category? ▾
لأن الأسماء الثلاثة تُستخدم في غرضين رسميين: إصدار الشهادات الرقمية لفائزي الجولة المدرسية، وحفظ سجلات الجولة المدرسية الرسمية لدى اللجنة المنظمة. ويقتصر الدخول إلى الجولة الثانية على المركز الأول المعتمد؛ فتسليم المركزين الثاني والثالث مطلوب للشهادات والسجلات ولا يمنح أي حق في الجولة الثانية.Because the three names serve two official purposes: generating the digital certificates for the school-round winners, and maintaining the official school-round records held by the organising committee. Round 2 access is limited to the approved 1st-place winner; submitting the 2nd and 3rd places is required for certificates and records but grants no Round 2 access.
26 لماذا يتأهل الفائز بالمركز الأول فقط إلى الجولة الثانية؟Why does only the 1st-place winner advance to Round 2? ▾
تمثَّل كل مدرسة في الجولة الثانية بطالب واحد لكل فئة هو الفائز بالمركز الأول في تصفياتها الداخلية، وهذا ما يضمن تكافؤ الفرص بين المدارس صغيرها وكبيرها ويحفظ للجولة الثانية طابعها التنافسي. ولا توجد قاعدة استبدال: إذا تعذّرت مشاركة الفائز بالمركز الأول، لا يحل محله الفائز بالمركز الثاني أو الثالث.Each school is represented in Round 2 by one student per category — the 1st-place winner of its internal qualifiers. This keeps opportunity equal between small and large schools and preserves the competitive nature of Round 2. There is no replacement rule: if the 1st-place winner cannot take part, the 2nd or 3rd place does not take their place.
27 كيف يحصل الفائزون بالمركز الأول على الدخول إلى الجولة الثانية؟How is Round 2 access issued to 1st-place winners? ▾
لا تُرسل أي رموز أو روابط إلى الطلبة. بعد اعتماد اللجنة المنظمة لأسماء المدرسة، يظهر الفائزون بالمركز الأول المعتمدون تلقائيًا في تبويب «تسجيل الجولة الثانية» داخل بوابة المدارس، وأمام كل اسم زر «ابدأ التسجيل» لا يعمل إلا في يوم التسجيل الرسمي ولمرة واحدة، وتكون بيانات الطالب مُدخلة مسبقًا كما اعتُمدت. ويولّد النظام في الخلفية رمز وصول فريدًا لكل طالب معتمد ويسجّل كل دخول في سجل تدقيق.No codes or links are sent to students. Once the organising committee approves a school's names, its approved 1st-place winners appear automatically in the "Round 2 Recording" tab of the School Portal, each with a "Start recording" button that works only on the official recording day and only once, with the student's details pre-filled as approved. Behind the scenes the system issues a unique access token per approved student and records every access in an audit log.
28 من يستطيع الدخول إلى الجولة الثانية؟Who can access Round 2? ▾
الفائزون بالمركز الأول المعتمدون فقط، من خلال بوابة مدرستهم المسجلة، وفي يوم التسجيل الرسمي فقط، وتحت إشراف المشرف المعتمد من المدرسة. صفحة التسجيل ليست عامة؛ ومن يصل إليها من خارج البوابة تظهر له رسالة تفيد بأنها متاحة فقط للفائزين بالمركز الأول المعتمدين في الجولة الأولى خلال نافذة التسجيل الرسمية للجولة الثانية.Only approved 1st-place winners, through their registered school's portal, only on the official recording day, and under the approved school supervisor. The recording page is not public; anyone who reaches it outside the portal sees a message that it is available only to approved Round 1 first-place winners during the official Round 2 recording window.
29 لماذا لا يُفتح التسجيل إلا للمعتمدين من اللجنة؟Why is Round 2 open only to committee-approved winners? ▾
لأن الاعتماد هو ما يحوّل اسمًا سلّمته المدرسة إلى مشارك رسمي: تتحقق اللجنة من اكتمال البيانات، وصحة الصف والمسار، وتأكيد موافقة ولي الأمر، وعدم تكرار الاسم، وتصحح أي خطأ إملائي قبل أن يُستخدم الاسم في الشهادات. الطالب غير المعتمد — أو الذي طُلب تصحيح بياناته — لا يظهر في قائمة التسجيل حتى تكتمل مراجعته، وبعد الاعتماد لا يمكن للمدرسة تغيير صفه أو مساره.Because approval is what turns a name submitted by a school into an official participant: the committee checks that the record is complete, that the grade and stream are correct, that parental consent is confirmed, that the name is not duplicated, and corrects any spelling error before the name is used on certificates. A student who is not yet approved — or whose record awaits correction — does not appear in the recording list until the review is complete, and once approved the school can no longer change the grade or stream.
30 لماذا يجب أن تطابق الأسماء الهوية الإماراتية؟Why must names match the Emirates ID? ▾
لأن الاسم المُدخل يُستخدم كما هو في الشهادات الرقمية والسجلات الرسمية للمسابقة وتقارير المتأهلين وبطاقات النهائي. تُدخِل المدرسة الاسم بالعربية والإنجليزية كما في الهوية، وتقرّ في شاشة المراجعة النهائية بأن جميع الأسماء رُوجعت؛ وقد تظهر أي أخطاء إملائية في الشهادات كما أُدخلت. ويمكن للجنة تصحيح الأخطاء الإملائية قبل الاعتماد.Because the entered name is used as-is on the digital certificates, the official competition records, finalist reports and final-day badges. The school enters the Arabic and English names as they appear on the Emirates ID and confirms in the final review screen that all names were checked; any spelling mistake may appear on the certificate exactly as entered. The committee can correct spelling before approval.
31 كيف تُصدر الشهادات الرقمية وتُرسل إلى المدارس؟How are digital certificates generated and sent to schools? ▾
بعد اعتماد السجلات، تُصدر اللجنة المنظمة الشهادات الرقمية للمراكز الثلاثة في كل فئة من البيانات المعتمدة (الاسم بالعربية والإنجليزية، والمدرسة، والصف، والمسار، والمركز)، وتُرسلها إلى المدرسة عبر بريد المنسق المسجل. وتظهر حالة شهادة كل طالب في بوابة المدارس: قيد الإعداد، ثم تم الإصدار، ثم تم الإرسال إلى المدرسة.Once records are approved, the organising committee generates the digital certificates for the three places in each category from the approved data (Arabic and English name, school, grade, stream, placement) and sends them to the school via the registered coordinator email. Each student's certificate status is visible in the School Portal: pending, then generated, then sent to school.
32 لماذا يحصل المركزان الثاني والثالث على شهادات دون الدخول إلى الجولة الثانية؟Why do 2nd and 3rd place receive certificates but not Round 2 access? ▾
تكريم المركزين الثاني والثالث حق لهما على مستوى المدرسة، وتوثيقه بشهادة رقمية رسمية يعزز أثر الجولة المدرسية ويحفّز أكبر عدد من الطلبة على المشاركة. أما الجولة الثانية فهي مرحلة تصفية وطنية تمثَّل فيها كل مدرسة بفائز واحد في كل فئة، ولذلك يقتصر الدخول إليها على الفائز بالمركز الأول المعتمد.Second and third place are honoured at school level, and documenting that with an official digital certificate strengthens the impact of the school round and encourages the widest possible participation. Round 2, however, is a national qualifying stage in which each school is represented by one winner per category, so access is limited to the approved 1st-place winner.

It is live in its delivery and digital in its reach, guaranteeing equal opportunity for schools nationwide without the burden of travel.
35 هل تكون العربية A والعربية B في فئات منفصلة؟ وهل الصفوف منفصلة؟Are Arabic A and Arabic B in separate categories? And are grades separate? ▾
نعم في الحالتين؛ لكل مسارٍ نصوصه وتقييمه وترتيبه المستقل، ولكل صفٍّ دراسي فئته المنفصلة. فلا يُقارن طالب إلا بأقرانه في الصف نفسه والمسار نفسه — أي 14 فئة تنافسية مستقلة.Yes on both counts. Each stream has its own texts, assessment, and ranking, and each grade forms its own category. A student is compared only with peers in the same grade and stream — 14 independent competitive categories in total.
36 هل تُشارك الكلمات أو النصوص الرسمية مع الطلاب مسبقًا؟Are the official words or texts shared with students in advance? ▾
تُرسل قوائم كلمات الجولة الأولى إلى المدارس المسجلة فقط عبر القنوات الرسمية لدعم تنظيم التصفيات المدرسية، ولا تُنشر للعامة على الموقع. أما نصوص القراءة الخاصة بالجولة الثانية فلا تُشارك مسبقًا، وتظهر للطالب فقط لحظة بدء التسجيل الرسمي على المنصة.Round 1 word lists are shared with registered schools only through official channels to support the organisation of the school-level qualifiers. They are not published publicly on the website. Round 2 reading texts are not shared in advance and appear only at the moment the official recording begins on the platform.
37 كم مدة التسجيل؟ وماذا يحدث عند انتهاء الوقت؟How long is the recording? What happens when time runs out? ▾
لكل فئة زمن محدد يظهر للطالب قبل البدء وأثناء التسجيل عبر مؤقت ظاهر، ويتوقف التسجيل تلقائيًا عند انتهائه ويُرفع مباشرة. المدة كافية بارتياح لقراءة النص المخصص؛ ويرجى مراعاة أن طلاقة القراءة وسرعتها من معايير التقييم.Each category has a set time shown to the student before and during the recording via a visible timer; the recording stops automatically when time expires and is uploaded immediately. The duration comfortably allows a full reading of the assigned text — bearing in mind that reading fluency and pace are among the assessment criteria.
38 ماذا يحدث إذا غاب الطالب أو لم تسجّل المدرسة ضمن النافذة الزمنية؟What happens if the student is absent or the school misses the time window? ▾
يسقط حقه في المشاركة لتلك النسخة؛ فالنافذة الزمنية للجولة الثانية مُعلنة مسبقًا وموحدة لجميع المدارس، ولا تُقبل تسجيلات بعد إغلاقها.The student forfeits participation for that edition. The Round 2 window is announced in advance and is identical for all schools; no recordings are accepted after it closes.

عبر منظومة متكاملة: نصوص سرّية لا تظهر إلا لحظة التسجيل؛ وتسجيلة واحدة مباشرة لا يمكن إيقافها أو إعادتها؛ وإشراف معتمد موثق بإقرار رسمي؛ وختم زمني رسمي لكل تسجيل على خوادم المسابقة؛ وتحكيم مستقل مركزي.Through an integrated system: confidential texts revealed only at the moment of recording; a single live take that cannot be paused or repeated; documented, approved supervision under formal declaration; an official server-side timestamp on every recording; and central, independent judging.
41 هل يحق لمعلم المدرسة مساعدة الطالب أثناء التسجيل؟May a school teacher assist a student during the recording? ▾
قطعًا لا؛ دور المشرف تنظيمي رقابي فقط، وأي تلميح أو تصحيح أو مقاطعة أثناء التسجيل يُعد مخالفة جسيمة.Absolutely not. The supervisor's role is purely organisational and supervisory; any hint, correction, or interruption during the recording is a serious violation.
42 ماذا يحدث إذا ثبتت مساعدة غير مصرح بها أو مخالفة للقواعد؟What happens if unauthorised assistance or a rule violation is proven? ▾
يُستبعد الطالب من المسابقة، وتُشعَر إدارة المدرسة رسميًا بالواقعة، وتحتفظ اللجنة بحق اتخاذ ما تراه بشأن مشاركات المدرسة المعنية.The student is disqualified from the competition, the school administration is formally notified, and the committee reserves the right to take whatever action it deems appropriate regarding the school's entries.
43 هل يمكن لمعلم أن يصحح لطالب من مدرسته؟Can a teacher mark a student from their own school? ▾
قطعًا لا؛ التصحيح مركزي بالكامل في الجولتين الثانية والنهائية، ويتولاه مصححون مستقلون تعيّنهم دائرة رأس الخيمة للمعرفة، ولا دور لأي مدرسة في تقييم طلبتها أو طلبة غيرها.Absolutely not. Marking is fully centralised in Round 2 and the final, carried out by independent markers appointed by the RAK Department of Knowledge; no school plays any role in assessing its own or any other school's students.
44 كيف تُحمى بيانات الطلاب؟How is students' data protected? ▾
تُجمع البيانات والتسجيلات لأغراض المسابقة حصرًا، وتُحفظ حتى نهاية العام الدراسي على أنظمة محمية لا يصل إليها إلا فريق التنظيم والتحكيم المخوَّل، ولا تُشارك مع أي طرف خارجي.Data and recordings are collected solely for competition purposes, stored until the end of the academic year on protected systems accessible only to the authorised organising and judging team, and are never shared with any external party.

46 هل موافقة ولي الأمر مطلوبة للتصوير أو النشر؟Is parental consent required for filming or publication? ▾
نعم، وتقع مسؤولية استيفائها على المدرسة؛ إذ تقرّ المدرسة عند إدخال كل طالب بحصولها على موافقة ولي أمره الخطية على التسجيل المرئي والنشر لأغراض المسابقة.Yes — and securing it is the school's responsibility. When entering each student, the school formally declares that it has obtained the parent's written consent for video recording and publication for competition purposes.
47 ماذا عن الطالبات المنتقبات أو من يرتدين البرقع؟What about female students who wear the niqab or burqa? ▾
نرحّب بمشاركتهن تمامًا؛ فاحترام خصوصية الطالبات أصيل في المسابقة. لا يُشترط ظهور الوجه في التسجيل المرئي، ويكفي أن تكون الطالبة حاضرةً ظاهرةً بوضوح أمام الكاميرا طوال التسجيل — فالتقييم يعتمد على الصوت وجودة القراءة، ويوثِّق صحةَ التسجيل المباشر حضورُ المشرف المعتمد وإقرارُه الرسمي.They are entirely welcome — respecting students' privacy is fundamental to the competition. The face does not need to be visible in the video recording; it is enough that the student is clearly present in front of the camera throughout. Assessment is based on the voice and the quality of the reading, and the authenticity of the live recording is documented by the approved supervisor's presence and formal declaration.

48 كيف يتم تقييم الطلاب؟How are students assessed? ▾
تُقيَّم التسجيلات مركزيًا على يد لجنة مصححين مستقلين تعيّنهم دائرة رأس الخيمة للمعرفة، وفق معايير موحدة معلنة البنية: صحة تهجئة الكلمات ونطق الحروف، وسلامة القراءة واكتمالها، والسرعة والطلاقة، مع تركيز خاص على الحروف المتقاربة التي يُعد الخلط بينها خطأً جوهريًا. وتُرتَّب النتائج داخل كل فئة من الفئات الأربع عشرة على حدة.Recordings are assessed centrally by a panel of independent markers appointed by the RAK Department of Knowledge, using unified criteria of published structure: correct spelling of words and pronunciation of letters, sound and complete reading, and pace and fluency — with particular attention to easily confused letters, where mixing them up constitutes a critical error. Results are ranked separately within each of the fourteen categories.

عند تعادل النتائج في الجولة النهائية في المراكز المتقدمة داخل الفئة الواحدة، تُطبَّق جولة كسر تعادل بمواد قراءة إضافية معتمدة ومتدرجة الصعوبة، وفق بروتوكول موحد تشرف عليه لجنة التحكيم حتى يُحسم الترتيب.If results are tied in the leading places within a category at the final round, a tie-break round is applied using additional approved reading materials of graduated difficulty, under a unified protocol supervised by the judging panel until the ranking is decided.
51 متى وكيف تُعلن النتائج؟When and how are results announced? ▾
تُعلن قوائم المتأهلين للنهائي الوطني عبر التواصل الرسمي مع مدارسهم (المنسق ومدير المدرسة) خلال أسبوعين إلى ثلاثة أسابيع بعد اعتماد لجنة التحكيم، وتُعلن نتائج النهائي في حفل الختام مباشرة.The lists of national-final qualifiers are communicated officially to their schools (coordinator and principal) within two to three weeks of the judging panel's approval, and the final's results are announced live at the closing ceremony.
52 هل يمكن للمدرسة التظلم من النتيجة؟Can a school appeal a result? ▾
لا؛ قرارات لجنة التحكيم نهائية غير قابلة للطعن، حفاظًا على وحدة المعايير وحسم الجداول الزمنية للمسابقة. وتحتفظ اللجنة بالتسجيلات الأصلية الموثقة التي بُنيت عليها النتائج لعامٍ دراسي.No — the judging panel's decisions are final and not subject to appeal, preserving the unity of standards and the competition's timeline.
